AI-ready design-system transformation
Established a cross-functional design-system program across 10 independently managed product systems.
Built the design team and hired the interaction-design, user-experience, and design-systems personnel needed to execute. Connected executive sponsorship, a weekly design-system board, and product councils so product management, design, engineering, QA, accessibility, brand, and leadership could resolve shared requirements and approve controlled exceptions.
Replaced product-local color values, status conventions, and component states with shared semantic foundations, governed components, WCAG 2.2 AA practices, adoption analytics, and trusted inputs for AI/MCP workflows.

Next-generation B2B security platform
A shared multidisciplinary design function supporting a security portfolio generating more than $250M in annual recurring revenue.
Directed researchers, interaction designers, user-experience designers, information-experience specialists, and developers across products that had separate Sketch systems and delivery practices shaped by local agile methods.
Reframed product initiatives through common integration stages, migrated design work from Sketch to Figma, and established shared research, implementation guidance, and delivery governance. The result was a design model able to coordinate portfolio work without forcing every product team into an identical process.

Consolidated requirements from six acquired software organizations for a platform channel representing more than $100M in annual recurring revenue.
Managed visual and interaction designers working across separate workflows, interface conventions, and product experiences.
Connected company-wide UX methodology, human-computer interaction research, interface standards, onboarding, dashboard concepts, implementation guidance, and connected prototypes into a repeatable integration model for a shared administration and distribution platform.
